Trista was born in Sydney Australia and studied Holistic Practice at the Australia College of Natural Medicine where she specialised in therapeutic Reflexology.

Originally from Sydney, Trista is a mother of two, living in West Cork for five years. Trista ran a Private practice in Australia before moving to Ireland.

Trista works with all health issues and age groups. Trista uses a large variety of reflexology methods for different ailments. I do structural work on the body through the feet and also work on an emotional level to help clear blockages within the body. Pre-conception health, pregnancy reflexology and the post natal process is also an area Trista specialises in.

"I also work with people with a cancer diagnoses and their carers. I offer reflexology for pain and discomfort and emotional support using self help techniques. I have studied Holistic Cancer Practices at the Penny Brohn Cancer Centre in Bristol UK.These principles can help people at all stages of their cancer journey. Treating side effects of drug treatments, helping face options and make clear choices, help deal with the changes their bodies are going through and with reflexology being non-invasive it is a wonderful stress free session. A quiet time to gather strength and courage and acknowledge fear, which in itself can weaken the immune system, is a powerful tool.
