Pat is passionate about the far reaching benifits of BABY MASSAGE. She aims to build the self confidence of the parents who participate in her classes.

My name is Pat Murphy and I am passionate about the far reaching benifits of massaging your baby from new born onwards.My goal is to empower the parent and to build their confidence during a time which can be daunting and somewhat confusing for them. You can learn to alleviate colic, constipation, wind and because massage helps to calm and relax both you and your baby, precious sleep is restored. This course is for all babies and their mums and dads.
 
I am delighted to be working at Fionnuisce and relish the mornings when I set foot inside the door, its a warm, calming and very welcoming space.My background is deeply rooted in Complimentary therapies and I specialise in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki. I also teach guided meditation and relaxation classes and a special workshop called  "Beat Constipation"to groups. 
 
FAQs
What age does a baby have to be to join massage class? That is entirely your decision, some people bring baby when they are 3 to 4 weeks old, some when much older, all are welcome.
 
What if my baby needs to be fed/ cries/ sleeps during class? Your baby`s comfort is paramount in class so they are welcome to be any way they wish, I will give you as much support as possible, from notes to being at the end of the phone for you.
 
Can my partner come to class? Yes, yes , yes.
 
I am a member of Baby Massage Ireland and my courses are VHI, Quinn and Aviva approved.
