What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a holistic
therapy based on the study of muscles. It uses muscle testing to detect and
correct imbalances in the body. As a modern and comprehensive natural therapy, Kinesiology
uses gentle, non-invasive techniques to assess the body’s physical, nutritional
and emotional health.
How can Kinesiology
help me?
The nature of the
treatment you receive will be tailored according to your particular needs. Your
Kinesiologist will use muscle testing to discover if and where imbalances exist
within the body.
Not only can muscle
testing establish where imbalances exist, it can also be used to establish the
most suitable remedy for the particular person being tested. While every
individual’s needs differ, your Kinesiologist may recommend a treatment plan
that includes nutritional supplements, homeopathic remedies, lifestyle advice,
as well as various stress release techniques.
As a complimentary
therapy, Kinesiology works alongside any medical treatment you may be receiving
and does not interfere with any medication. While you may feel much better
after treatment, you are advised not to stop taking any prescribed medications
without your doctor’s advice. While significant improvements can be achieved in
the initial visit, follow-up sessions may be necessary for optimum health.
